Learn how to safely preserve food at home. Participants will receive up-to-date food preservation information including basic processing directions for water bath, steam, and pressure canning. At the end of this presentation, all participants will leave a with an understanding of how to preserve food at home for safety and quality. Session will be led by Leslie Bertsch, Field Specialist in Nutrition and Health and State Specialist for Home Food Preservation with the University of Missouri Extension in St. Louis County.
