Eileen G’Sell is a poet and culture critic whose work focuses on gender, sexuality, and economic class. Her first book of poetry, Life After Rugby, came out from Gold Wake Press in 2018; her second book of poetry, Francofilaments, came out in 2024. Her first book of nonfiction, Lipstick, comes out from Bloomsbury in 2026. She is a 2023 winner of the Rabkin Foundation Prize in arts journalism and teaches at Washington University in St. Louis.
